Ticket refund is possible and depends on the method of purchase.
A ticket purchased through traditional methods at ticket offices can only be refunded at the point of purchase. If the ticket was purchased online, you need to contact the technical support email address indicated on the website where the ticket was purchased. Passengers may buy tickets not only on our website but also on our partner websites that sell tickets for our routes. Therefore, if you purchased a ticket through an agent or partner, you need to contact them directly, not the carrier, as the funds for that ticket are held by the partner/agent.
First, you need to familiarize yourself with the transportation rules, which are posted on the website. Most of the answers to your questions can be found there. Alternatively, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Complaints are only considered in written form with a copy of the ticket, a copy of the document indicating the ticket owner, and a description of the situation in the Czech language, including the travel date and ticket number. The processing time follows the legal norms of the Czech Republic. If the request is unclear or incomprehensible, it will not be considered.
