The bus, which was planned for a 24-hour trip, was not equipped with even the basic necessities for people, such as a toilet. The sockets did not work, there was no internet. The flight, instead of the agreed route, went on a completely different route. It is a shame to collect a full ticket amount from people with such a service

Ho passato 6 ore fermo in dogana tra Ucraina e Ungheria.
Durante una sosta in Italia sono sceso a fumare e sono stato lasciato a piedi e senza bagagli e portafoglio.
