In 99% of cases, this is due to incorrect information provided about the recipient. To avoid this situation, you must correctly specify:
- Recipient’s first and last name
- Date of birth
- Contact phone number
- For bank card transfers — the card number
Yes, if the recipient hasn’t received it. To initiate a refund, you will need:
- A document
- A receipt
- The transfer number
Required documents:
- Passport/visa/refugee status
- Recipient’s details:
- First name
- Phone number
- Method of receipt
The money transfer is credited instantly. If the transfer doesn’t arrive right away, the delay may only be due to technical issues with the recipient’s banking system.
Possible reasons:
- The recipient hasn’t provided an ID document
- Incorrectly entered pickup code
- Technical issues with the recipient’s bank
It is not possible to cancel a transfer sent to a card number. If you’re making a transfer for pickup at a bank branch, it can be canceled, but the transfer fee will be deducted.
The refund time depends on the reason for cancellation and the recipient’s side processing the refund. Typically, it takes up to 15 minutes.
Transfers cannot be paid for with cards. Only cash is accepted at branches.
You can make a money transfer to any country in the world.

We provide нотариально заверенные (notarized) translations in accordance with Czech legislation.
An original document is required for нотариальное заверение (notarization). A scan is not sufficient.
Translation is possible from a copy certified by:
- A notary
- Czech Post
Urgent translation is possible if:
- The translator has available capacity
- An increased fee is paid
Any person can pick up the translation with a payment receipt.
No, we do not:
- Notarize translations done by other translators
- Edit others’ texts
Standard turnaround times:
- Regular translation: 1–2 business days
- Urgent translation: depends on the volume and complexity of the text
The cost is determined by the number of characters using a special program (1 standard page).
