We got stuck at the Hungarian border for more than 2 hours. The arrival in Mukachevo was supposed to be at 8 AM, but we ended up arriving at 12 noon. Later, some people said there was one illegal passenger who had document issues, and the bus operator could not leave him/her. There should be measures to solve such issues because I for example, missed a train to my next destination and I lost money from that! One passenger cause so much trouble to others and we were not even compensated for extra expense incurred.
Everything was fine. I would just ask the drivers to check for passengers who occupy multiple seats and have nowhere for others to sit.
The bus, which was planned for a 24-hour trip, was not equipped with even the basic necessities for people, such as a toilet. The sockets did not work, there was no internet. The flight, instead of the agreed route, went on a completely different route. It is a shame to collect a full ticket amount from people with such a service
